Position Overview: We seek an innovative and entrepreneurial-minded Head of Digital Marketing to join our dynamic startup team. As the Head of Digital Marketing at Pure Ltd., you will be pivotal in shaping our digital presence and driving our marketing strategy. Joining a pre-funding startup offers the chance to get in on the ground floor. We seek a Head of Marketing with expertise in hydrogen or gas infrastructure (preferred) to complement our current team. Upon joining, team members receive shares in the company as their sole form of compensation until funding is secured. Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with Pure’s mission and vision. Drive digital campaigns to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, and lead generation.
- Website Development: Lead the design, development, and maintenance of Pure Technologies’ website. Ensure a user-friendly experience that effectively communicates our value proposition and enhances brand credibility.
- Content Creation and Management: Oversee the creation of compelling content across digital platforms, including website, blog, social media, and email campaigns. Drive content strategy to educate, engage, and convert our target audience.
- SEO and SEM Optimization: Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and visibility. Manage SEM campaigns to drive traffic and conversions effectively.
- Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute a social media strategy across relevant platforms. Foster engagement, build community and drive brand advocacy through impactful storytelling and content distribution.
- Analytics and Performance Tracking: Utilize analytics tools to measure and optimize campaign performance. Provide regular reporting on key metrics and insights to inform strategic decision-making.
- Brand Management: Ensure consistency in brand messaging, voice, and visual identity across all digital channels. Uphold Pure Technologies’ reputation as an innovative leader in clean energy solutions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in digital marketing roles, preferably within the clean tech, energy, or infrastructure sectors.
- Strong proficiency in website development and management using platforms like WordPress or similar CMS.
- Expertise in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and digital analytics.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and ability to drive results through digital channels.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization.
Education and Experience:
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field is required. An advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with a demonstrated track record of success in driving growth and engagement.
