About the Role: We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with proven expertise in email marketing. The ideal candidate will have a passion for leveraging digital channels to generate leads and drive conversions. This role will be responsible for developing and executing strategic digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, with a focus on email and automation, to support 15+ home inspection + home services brands under our umbrella.

Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage the power of CRM and marketing apps to reach our core audiences — Real Estate Agents, Home Buyers, and Home Owners — at the right time.
- Develop and implement email marketing campaigns (email and SMS drip, transactional, and mass campaigns) to nurture leads, engage customers, and drive sales.
- Manage lists, audience segmentation, nurture campaigns, and A/B tests.
- Write and design content for emails, SMS, social media, web pages, and ads.
- Proofread and QA content to ensure 100% error-free execution.
- Perform extensive research and analysis of competitor programs to identify key areas of opportunity relating to targeting, promotional offers, and cadence/delivery timing.
- Continuously measure and optimize campaign performance while establishing benchmarks and recommending future tests.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to align digital marketing initiatives with overall business objectives and marketing strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing, and proactively recommend innovative strategies to enhance our digital presence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on email marketing.
- Expertise in email marketing platforms and proven experience in creating engaging email campaigns.
- Knowledge in MailChimp and ZOHO CRM and/or other email, CRM, and automation tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or ActiveCampaign.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for staying ahead of digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Ability to document digital marketing strategies, processes, and best practices for easy replication and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Experience utilizing the Google suite: Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Slides.
- Account-Based and Multichannel Marketing experience a plus.
Who will you work with?
In this role, you will report to the Marketing Manager and collaborate with stakeholders throughout the organization to ensure centralization of best practices and consistency across brands. You will work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer, Content Manager, and local Growth Directors. This role works closely with cross-functional teams, particularly the sales team.
