Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Craft and implement marketing strategies to elevate Vision On’s brand presence locally and nationally.
- Trend Analysis: Stay abreast of trends in marketing, business, and the fashion industry to inform your strategies.
- Client Engagement: Identify and engage with target clients through creative marketing approaches and industry insights.
- Content Creation: Develop compelling content that highlights our services and communicates our value proposition effectively.
- Channel Expansion: Explore and establish new digital marketing channels (e.g., LinkedIn InMail, LinkedIn Ads, industry events) to boost visibility and drive sales.
Initial Priorities:
- Integration: Efficiently consolidate and manage marketing tasks previously handled by freelancers.
- Expansion: Develop strategies to leverage additional digital marketing channels.

Required Professional Experience:
- 4-8 years of B2B marketing experience.
- Experience with strategizing, planning, and participating in trade shows.
- Proficient with LinkedIn Ads, InMail Campaigns, and Sales Navigator.
- Proven track record in managing marketing calendars.
