About the Position:
The Marketing Coordinator is an exciting full-time opportunity for a go-getter who is eager to catapult Pear Suite’s growth. This position is responsible for executing marketing plans to align our digital footprint, campaigns, and messaging with our ICPs. You will increase brand visibility across channels, support content creation, convert followers and subscribers to customers to drive business growth, and ensure that everything from our in-person events to our digital presence maintain a consistent look and feel. This role involves collaboration with the sales team, and the CEO, to ensure alignment with broader business objectives.

Compensation: Up to 75K, Exempt
Responsibilities:
- Marketing Planning: Develop and implement a Pear Suite’s digital growth strategy, bringing a world-class knowledge of the digital marketing landscape and a deep understanding of Pear Suite’s customer and product offering. Test new and emerging channels, with aim to capitalize on unseized market opportunities
- Brand Management: Maintain the brand identity across channels, ensuring it aligns with the company's values and resonates with the target audience. Manage and maintain content and visual brand guides.
- Customer Acquisition and Engagement: Lead efforts to attract new clients by aligning Pear Suite’s digital footprint with current ICP’s.
- Social Media Management: Maintain a social media calendar that aligns with the overall marketing strategy. Create interesting and creative content that drives engagement across our social media channels.
- Content Production: Develop SEO-friendly content including blog posts, videos, or infographics to increase brand awareness and organic traffic to the company website.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI.
- Other duties as required.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in executing marketing initiatives, with a strong emphasis in digital & B2B marketing.
- Understanding of trends within the digital marketing space, including SEO, social, email, video, and brand strategy.
- Comprehensive understanding of marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Hubspot, Canva, Instagram, X, and LinkedIn).
- Strong written, verbal, presentation, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Candidates must be able to work in a collaborative work environment.
- Strong command of marketing unit economics and financial concepts such as LTV/CAC.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Bonus: Familiarity with the needs and interests of community health workers, health plans, social service providers, community-based nonprofits, and public agencies.
