Reimagining the home décor and interior design space, TilePix’s wall décor hangs with magnets, which means no nails and no wall damage (ever!). A game-changer for anyone looking to create a unique and personalized gallery wall without ruining their space, we’ve revolutionized hanging wall art. Developed to survive moves and changing minds, our wall décor products are perfect for college students and renters alike, offering creative customization tools and artwork options to reframe every wall’s potential.
TilePix’s parent company, Tracer, is the ‘Dyson’ of wall décor (with 35 patents and counting!). The photo and décor products we’ve invented are sold in more than 8,000 retail locations around the country. Tracer is the classic story of New York spirit, innovation and grit, driving the photo product marketplace for 20 years with clients, like HBO, Smashbox and NASA.
While our roots are in 3D printing (lenticular), we’ve diversified and grown heavily into the photo product space at retailers, like Walgreens and CVS. While we continue to grow, so does our team. We are building out a marketing force to drive our first direct-to-consumer brand, TilePix.
Who We are Looking For
TilePix’s Marketing Specialist is an exciting opportunity within the Tracer family. The ideal candidate is a go-getter, ready to take on the project management of marketing campaigns and own the day-to-day organization of internal and external teams. The Marketing Specialist will be a collaborative, people-first individual, who shines in building and maintaining strong relationships with professionals, like talent, influencers, or agency partners. This individual is able to drive cross-functional projects forward with a positive attitude and keen ability to problem solve. The ideal candidate obsesses the details and recognizes no task is too big or too small if it drives the work forward. The Marketing Specialist should come prepared with an eagerness to learn, a hunger to challenge the norm and a desire to have a good laugh. We are on the path to building up the fire behind TilePix, and are having some fun with it too!
This position reports directly to the Marketing Director. This is a remote role with 2-3 day a week in the office as needed.
Qualifications
_ Advanced organizational skills with an outstanding attention to detail
_ Ability to manage the end-to-end execution of brand campaigns across internal and external teams _ Strong professional people skills, i.e. with talent, influencers, or brand partners
_ Skillful in owning work back calendars and deliverable deadlines
_ Strong verbal and written communication skills, including meeting facilitation and presentation
_ Go-getter attitude with a solution-oriented mindset and a hunger to learn
_ Ability to support research and be a strategic thinker alongside creative work
_ Strong deck-building and presentation skills
_ Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
_ 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or related field
_ Interest in interior design or artwork a plus!
