Director of Brand Marketing – Adamax Inc.
We are seeking an experienced and creative Director of Marketing to lead our brand strategy and product marketing efforts. In this highly visible role, you will be responsible for enhancing and managing our existing brand’s image and assets across all channels as well as lead the creation of new brands. You will work closely with our brand managers to craft compelling marketing campaigns that drive successful new product launches.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Management
- Develop and implement brand positioning strategies to build brand equity and differentiation
- Oversee the creation of brand guidelines, messaging, and visual identity across all consumer touchpoints
- Manage the brand asset library and ensure consistent use of brand elements
- Conduct brand audits and identify opportunities to strengthen brand perception
Product Marketing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop go-to-market strategies for new product launches
- Oversee creation of product marketing materials including packaging, sell sheets, videos, website content, point of sale, etc.
- Develop marketing campaigns that generate awareness and drive product trial/adoption
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights and competitive landscape to optimize marketing tactics
Marketing Communications
- Oversee marketing communications across all channels including digital, social media, PR, events etc.
- Develop an integrated marketing communications plan to build brand awareness and engagement
- Measure effectiveness of campaigns through analytics and optimize based on insights
Team Leadership
- Manage and mentor teammates including Brand Managers and Associates
- Establish processes, best practices and KPIs to drive brand and marketing excellence
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing and/or Design, Business or related field.
- 8-10 years of progressive marketing experience, including brand management for consumer products
- Strong creative mindset with an eye for design and details
- Extensive experience working in or leading teams working with Adobe Creative Cloud
- Proven track record in developing and implementing successful brand and marketing strategies
- Excellent project management, organizational and multitasking abilities
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability and desire to mentor others
