Role Description
This is a volunteer remote role for a Social Media Manager at Rüh Essentials. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for social media marketing, communication, content strategy, social media optimization (SMO), and writing for the brand.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with overall brand objectives.
- Lead the creation, curation, and management of high-quality, engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Oversee the social media editorial strategy, ensuring a consistent and cohesive brand voice and tone.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize social media communications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, content) to ensure integrated and effective social media campaigns.
- Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep the brand at the forefront of social innovation.
Qualifications
- Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Content Strategy and Writing skills
- Experience in creating engaging social media content
- Understanding of beauty industry trends and social media platforms
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience with community management
- Graphic design skills are a plus
- Proven track record of growing and engaging social media audiences on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.
