At M Group we believe strongly in a collaborative approach and are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist at the Senior Account Executive level to join our team in New York City and lead our digital marketing efforts. You will be working directly for the M Group brand as well as with some of the world's highest-profile and advanced businesses in the technology sector - companies building the blockchain infrastructure, advancing trading markets through digital assets, and using the technology to impact social, cultural and economic change.
This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for data-driven decision-making and a deep understanding of various digital marketing channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies that align with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including social media, content marketing and SEO.
- Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns from conception to execution, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and objectives.
- Social Media Management: Oversee social media strategy and execution, including content planning, community engagement, and performance tracking.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging and high-quality content that resonates with target audiences and supports overall marketing initiatives.
- SEO/SEM: Optimize website content and structure for search engines and manage paid search campaigns to increase visibility and drive traffic.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, generating reports and insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Market Research: Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to inform strategy and keep the company competitive.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, directly executing on social media and other digital campaigns.
- Strong understanding of social media, SEO and content marketing.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot) and marketing automation platforms.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and web design principles is a plus.
