Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer demographics and trends
- Help create marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media content
- Support the marketing team with administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings and organizing files
- Monitor and report on campaign performance and suggest improvements
- Help manage the company’s social media profiles and engage with online audiences
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
