Job Summary:
Naadam is seeking a driven and resourceful Marketing Assistant to play a critical role on our Marketing team! Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, the Marketing Assistant will manage essential operational aspects of marketing and creative campaigns. This role involves tracking and managing samples, coordinating photoshoots, handling PR gifting and event organization, as well as project managing marketing initiatives and campaigns. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Sample Tracking:
- Collaborate with the Merchandising and Product teams to track arrival of all photo samples at the beginning of each season
- Oversee sample log to track when samples are moved from their designated bin
- Be the point of contact when other team members need to use samples
Activation Brief Management:
- Assist in creating and updating seasonal activation briefs; ensure timely communication of changes and updates to all relevant stakeholders
- Manage the ATS tracking system to keep the launch calendar up to date and ensure all inventory is ready for scheduled launches
Photoshoot Coordination:
- Own the logistical planning and scheduling for flatlay and ecomm photoshoots, including securing locations, booking photographers, and coordinating with models and other talent; Assist with organization on set
- Work with the creative team to develop shot-lists to ensure all products are captured
Project Management for Licensing:
- Track licensing projects, ensuring all deliverables meet brand standards and are completed on schedule
- Liaise with licensing partners to coordinate timelines and establish proper asset usage
PR Assistance:
- Oversee product gifting to editors and influencers
- Provide PR with requested assets
- Coordinate and execute events and in-store activations, including setup, breakdown, and staffing as needed
Administrative Support
- Provide general administrative support for the marketing team, including coordinating meetings, maintaining tracking documents, and assisting with miscellaneous requests
Skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage projects simultaneously
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think critically and provide creative solutions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint. Experience in Basecamp, Klaviyo, and Shopify is a plus
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, project coordination, or related roles
