Planet Interactive is seeking a
Growth Marketing Specialist to join our prominent financial services client on a 12 month contract. This role will Support strategic initiatives in the Canadian market that optimally guide prospects from consideration to revenue-driving conversion, prioritizing a data-driven approach.
Growth Marketing Specialist Responsibilities
- Connect the dots between "priming" and performance strategies via channel portfolio management, joint learning agendas and value prop/creative messaging alignment.
- Support the development of the overarching paid media strategy by stewarding the cross-channel integrated digital plans in partnership with channel specialists.
- Collaborate with channel managers to gather individual channel inputs and tactics that ladder up to the larger strategy.
- Monitor performance of initiatives to report performance of key success metrics against business and media objectives, adjusting strategies as needed based on data.
- Support cross-functional partners and stakeholders (Seller Engagement Demand Creation, Content and Web, Product Marketing, Analytics) to ensure growth marketing strategies are seamlessly integrated with overall GTM plan and tracking to goals.
- Communicate key milestones, progress reports, timelines, results and next steps.
Growth Marketing Specialist Skills:
- Deep understanding of channel platforms and their best practices, specifically in Candian market.
- A firm grasp of marketing analytics, A/B testing and metrics-driven marketing.
- Familiarity with ad serving, tracking and attribution technologies.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- A high passion for marketing, staying up to date on industry and platform news in CA market.
- Outstanding ability to think critically and creatively, identify and resolve problems.
- Ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere.
- High level of integrity, autonomy and self-motivation with an energetic and willing attitude.
- Ability to synthesize complex ideas and data sets into actionable recommendations and reports for senior executives.
Education:
- A BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally in an integrated marketing capacity, either for an advertising agency or brand.
