Marketing Assistant (Entry Level)
The Marketing Assistant is responsible for a diverse range of tasks that include market research, sales creation, client management, and branding support. Marketing Responsibilities
- Create engaging presentations for live consumer audiences
- Manage the organization’s brand representation
- Support marketing events, including logistics, promotions, and follow-ups
- Monitor and report on performance metrics for different markets and territories
- Help coordinate advertising campaigns, ensuring consistency across channels.
- Maintain an organized system of marketing materials and communications.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information.
- Assist in the preparation of marketing budgets and reports.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and marketing initiatives.
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Ready to commute to Manhattan Mon-Fri
- Any previous internship or entry-level experience in marketing is a plus (but not required)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)..
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate new ideas.
- Understanding of market research techniques and tools.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
