The Marketing Assistant at Estructure, Inc. is a key contributor to our thriving marketing department. This role involves assisting in the execution of marketing campaigns, managing social media content, and supporting various marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and engagement. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and possesses a passion for marketing and communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the marketing team in developing and executing effective marketing strategies and campaigns
- Manage day-to-day social media activities, including planning, content creation, and engagement with followers
- Perform market research to identify new trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
- Assist in organizing promotional events and activities, ensuring smooth execution and coordination
- Help create marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and presentations
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, drawing insights for continuous improvement
- Maintain brand integrity by ensuring consistency across all marketing efforts
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including managing schedules and organizing meetings
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role is preferred but not mandatory
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing tools
- Basic knowledge of graphic design and content creation is an advantage
- Ability to work independently while contributing to team projects
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
- Experience with analytics tools for tracking marketing performance is beneficial
