The Role: Vice President of Marketing (Remote)
We are seeking an experienced Vice President of Marketing (VP of Marketing) to join our senior leadership team. In this role, you'll be responsible for crafting and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives growth, customer acquisition, and revenue. This position is ideal for a marketing professional with experience leading high-performing teams and successfully managing demand generation in mid-market B2B and vertical SaaS environments.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a marketing strategy that drives pipeline growth, focusing on demand generation and customer acquisition.
Lead a talented marketing team in creating impactful campaigns that enhance brand equity, generate leads, and boost sales in mid-market B2B and vertical SaaS sectors.
Collaborate closely with senior leadership to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and growth strategies.
Drive digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, content marketing, email campaigns, social media, and digital advertising with a focus on ABM strategies.
Use data analytics and customer insights to continuously improve marketing efforts, ensuring a measurable impact on revenue.
Explore and implement innovative marketing channels and strategies to effectively engage target audiences.
Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals, driving measurable outcomes.
Partner with product management teams to develop go-to-market strategies for new products, with a focus on positioning and sales enablement.
Oversee the creation of compelling product marketing materials including case studies, webinars, and sales collateral.
Lead competitive analysis and customer feedback initiatives to inform product development and market strategies.
Identify and expand into new vertical markets, developing tailored strategies to establish a strong market presence.
Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
10+ years of marketing experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role at a growth-stage SaaS company.
Proven experience developing and executing successful demand generation strategies in mid-market B2B and vertical SaaS environments.
Strong knowledge of Account-Based Marketing (ABM), product marketing, and SaaS business models.
Demonstrated experience working closely with sales teams and taking responsibility for revenue and pipeline generation.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and lead a diverse marketing team.
Expertise in digital marketing, demand generation, and customer lifecycle management.
Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and relevant analytics tools.
An entrepreneurial, "scrappy" mindset and a passion for growth.
