Our client, a well-known software development company in NYC, is looking for remote B2B Event Marketing Manager for a 6-month maternity leave cover. This role will be responsible for developing and executing marketing programs and activations, with a focus on secondary markets, to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. As a key contributor to their marketing strategy, you will play a critical role in planning and executing events, as well as supporting integrated 360-degree marketing initiatives across various channels. This includes developing a calendar of marketing experiences that align with our overall business goals, as well as implementing communication strategies to keep executives and internal teams informed on marketing plans and results. They are particularly interested in candidates with a background in AdTech and experience in managing B2B and B2B2C event marketing programs.
This is a remote 6-month maternity leave cover working EST hours.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute B2B and B2B2C event marketing programs for secondary markets, aligning with company objectives.
- Assist in the creation and implementation of an event strategy that drives growth and engagement.
- Plan and coordinate event logistics, including site selection, vendor management, budget oversight, and event promotion.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to design and deliver integrated, multi-channel marketing experiences.
- Support the creation of a comprehensive event calendar that aligns with the overall marketing strategy.
- Coordinate pre-event, on-site, and post-event communications with the event production team, working to ensure successful event execution and post-event reporting.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal partners and stakeholders to ensure cohesive execution of marketing strategies.
- Monitor event performance metrics, gathering insights to refine and optimize future events and strategies.
- Serve as a key communicator, updating executives and internal partners on event performance, marketing strategy, and results.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a proven track record in event marketing.
- Strong background in AdTech, digital marketing, or related fields preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in planning, organizing, and executing B2B and B2B2C events.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events and projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in developing integrated marketing programs, including digital, email, and content marketing.
- Strong analytical skills and experience measuring event performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence internal stakeholders.
