Position Overview
We are seeking a
Sales Trade Marketing Manager to report to the Director of Global Integrated Event Strategy. This role will develop and execute B2B and B2C2B marketing activations for significant industry events (such as CES, IAB Newfront, Cannes Lions), conference sponsorships, and proprietary programs. This person should bring a strategic, creative approach and an ability to engage cross-functional teams in delivering impactful marketing experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute marketing activations across major conferences, sponsorships, and proprietary programs, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
- Develop and manage a marketing calendar that aligns with business objectives, focusing on a 360-degree approach across PR, go-to-market, social media, email, and other channels.
- Create communication strategies to keep executives and internal partners informed about campaign progress and performance.
- Manage the execution of activation plans, including internal communications, digital marketing extensions, and preparation for executive speaking engagements.
- Identify and coordinate speaking opportunities, create presentation content, and support leaders in raising their professional profiles.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, driving continuous improvement in strategic and creative initiatives.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, industry relations, or large-scale event/campaign management, preferably within tech.
- Skilled in writing strategic briefs and working closely with creative and events teams to deliver results.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams on multiple simultaneous projects, ensuring seamless execution and impact.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive, analytical approach to problem-solving.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to influence across organizational levels.
- Familiarity with programmatic advertising is a plus.
