Position Overview
The Brand Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that elevate brand awareness and drive audience engagement through gorilla and event initiatives. This role requires a creative thinker with strong analytical skills to enhance our brand's presence in the fashion retail sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and audience engagement.
- Plan and execute events that align with the brand's vision and objectives.
- Conduct data analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive product marketing efforts.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for brand growth.
- Manage the brand's communication across various channels, ensuring consistency in messaging.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in brand marketing, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
- Strong skills in events strategy and execution.
- Experience with audience engagement techniques and tools.
- Proficiency in data analysis to measure campaign success and derive insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically.
