Relayy is on a mission to make homeownership more accessible, flexible, and affordable through innovative technology. We are seeking an experienced, data-driven Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to join our leadership team and help us scale our impact. This is an equity-only position until funding is secured, which we anticipate happening soon. While we welcome proactive contributions, no work is required until funding is obtained—at which point a competitive salary will kick in along with your equity.
As CMO, you’ll play a pivotal role in crafting and executing a marketing strategy that drives customer acquisition, builds brand awareness, and positions Relayy as a leader in the proptech and fintech space.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and Execute Marketing Strategy: Craft and implement a comprehensive marketing plan to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across all channels.
• Brand Building: Lead efforts to establish Relayy’s brand as a trusted, innovative player in the housing and finance sectors.
• Digital Marketing Leadership: Oversee performance marketing, SEO, content, and social media strategies to grow Relayy’s online presence.
• Customer Acquisition and Retention: Design and optimize multi-channel campaigns to attract and retain users, driving ROI and growth.
• Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data and analytics to measure campaign effectiveness, customer behavior, and market trends, adjusting strategies accordingly.
• Product Marketing and Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with product and sales teams to launch new features and position Relayy’s offerings effectively in the market.
• Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team that aligns with Relayy’s values and vision.
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role (VP or CMO)
• Proven track record of driving growth in a tech startup, ideally within proptech, fintech, or a related industry
• Strong expertise in digital marketing, customer acquisition, brand development, and data-driven decision-making
• Excellent leadership skills with experience building and managing a team
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot)
• Outstanding communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft a compelling brand narrative
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus
