Job Summary: The Marketing Coordinator would be the person coordinating all marketing activities from the headquarter office, aligning internally within the marketing and communications department, cross-functionally, and with external agency partners (creative, digital, media, PR) to ensure branded content is deployed in strategic alignment with the global marketing and communications calendar and properly followed by each regional office and partner.
The Marketing Coordinator would coordinate both the day-to-day marketing activities of the organization and coordinate the long-term marketing strategy for the company.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate between marketing agency(s) and internal team(s) to provide proper instructions, marketing tools, and make sure all deadlines are met.
- Field and coordinate local marketing and communications requests, ensuring brand alignment and partnering with creative on asset development.
- Working closely with the merchandising team and assisting with new product launches (calendars).
- Coordinate activities connected to the social media strategy and other digital channel strategies to increase visibility of the brand and increase sales.
- Support e-commerce with updated marketing and communications collateral to ensure high touchpoint digital experience imbued with brand pillars; ensure e-commerce remains up to date on product and campaign launches.
- Coordinate meetings with the global team to ensure all communications within the marketing team are handled properly. Keep track of meeting minutes and distribute to the proper departments.
- Act as bridge between marketing, creative and merchandising/operations teams to coordinate internal and external photoshoots, calendar management, campaign deployment, internal training resources, and global communications.
- Work closely with global and local market marketing and communications teams to coordinate asset needs, owning deliverables list and ensuring timely delivery of institutional and bespoke assets.
- Support as needed the following marketing and communications functions: PR, Events, Social Media, Digital Marketing, OOH, Print Media, Celebrity, E-Commerce.
- Preparing ppt presentations as may be needed for the different divisions of the company.
Qualification Requirements
Educational/Training Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or communications
Experience:
3+ years of experience as a marketing coordinator or similar role in the fields of marketing:
- eCommerce experience A MUST.
- Luxury brand a plus.
- USA experience with international knowledge

- Excellent knowledge and experience in preparing ppt presentations
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.
- Experience with research using data analytics software.
- Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite, especially with Excel and PowerPoint.
