As a Senior Digital Marketing Strategist, you will lead and craft strategies from inception to execution, leveraging your deep expertise in analytics and Martech.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the client-facing consultant for accounts within the strategy team, ensuring successful project outcomes, a strong focus on customer experience (CX), and overall client satisfaction.
- Deliver high-quality insights and strategy materials, structuring, analyzing, and synthesizing data from various sources.
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital analytics strategies to track and measure website performance.
- Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and other data visualization tools to gather actionable insights.
- Develop KPI frameworks to monitor, analyze, and report on website metrics, providing recommendations to enhance digital marketing strategies.
- Work closely with other strategist and technology teams to ensure seamless martech integrations and the implementation of digital solutions.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in a strategy role or similar, including Brand Strategy, Advertising Strategy, or Digital Strategy.
- 2+ years of experience working with data and/or analytics, with a strong focus on digital marketing.
- Proven experience consulting with clients, providing strategic guidance and building strong client relationships.
- Agency experience leading digital marketing initiatives that drive measurable results. Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Experience with martech tools and technologies, including CMS, CRM systems, and marketing automation.
- Ability to apply strategic thinking to solve complex problems, including ecosystem mapping, KPI framework development, stakeholder profiling, and customer journey mapping.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation abilities.
- Experience crafting visually appealing and impactful presentations that drive client buy-in and action.
