Cameron’s Coffee is hiring an Associate Marketing Manager- Coffee to lead key aspects of the company’s brand- and business-building efforts across multiple brands in the coffee category

Cameron’s Coffee is a specialty roastery based out of Shakopee, Minnesota with ~$100MM in annual revenue. The company is wholly-owned subsidiary of Grupo Nutresa, a Colombia-based multinational branded food manufacturer, and employs ~125 people. Cameron’s is a top Midwest brand with a robust and loved portfolio of flavors, blends and roasts. Our specialty grade Arabica coffee is sourced from all over the world, and same-day roasted and packaged in our best-in-class roasting facility. Cameron’s Coffee manufactures the Cameron’s brand, as well as Private Label for a small number of select retailers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Associate Marketing Manager – Shopper & E-commerce will be responsible for:
Shopper Marketing Planning and Execution:
- Work with Marketing Director and other stakeholders to develop shopper marketing plans that bring our brands to life at shelf (in-store and online) with the assistance of Sales and Marketing leadership, as needed.
- Work closely with sales teams to co-develop programs with retailers and develop sell-in materials for customer presentations
- Serve as project manager of Shopper Marketing function – communicating and aligning marketing, sales, retailer and vendor teams
- Translate key elements of planned shopper tactics into creative direction and work with creative teams to develop engaging and effective branded assets
- Develop and execute plans to drive consumer trial and engagement, including sampling events and programs
- Partner with Marketing Director on Shopper Marketing planning process, execution, budgeting
- Reporting of progress against key metrics
E-commerce and Website Planning and Execution
- Work with Marketing Director and other stakeholders to develop websites and e-commerce strategies and plans to achieve specific goals in consumer experience, customer acquisition, conversion, and e-commerce sales across multiple brands
- Work with website agency teams to develop and maintain effective websites, e-commerce storefront, campaigns and content, including digital advertising, search, and e-mail campaigns
- Ensure content quality and accuracy – ensure product detail page content is accurate, driving best in class content scores
- Lead tracking and reporting of progress against key metrics
Experience required
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field required
- At least 2 years consumer marketing experience, preferably in branded consumer products
- Experience in marketing plan development and execution, e-commerce, digital marketing, consumer promotions, project management and business analytics
- Experience in project management in a fast-paced creative environment managing multiple projects simultaneously
Skills Needed
- Understanding of eCommerce fundamentals, including but not limited to search, content, UX
- Superior interpersonal skills and able to partner with internal and external stakeholders across multiple functions and levels
- Proven ability to lead complex projects working with a diverse team of creative employees and external partners
- Exceptional organizational skills. Ability to develop and manage timelines, juggle multiple projects, multitask, collaborate, and deliver against deadlines
- Strong analytical skills, able to translate data and market information into conclusions and actionable insights
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Some knowledge with Hispanic marketing a plus
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Some experience with platforms like Google Analytics and Google Search Console a plus

Compensation details: 80000-85000 Yearly Salary
