This Brand Marketing Associate or Manager position entails executing marketing programs focusing on Socks, Slippers, Sleepwear and Loungewear.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Support implementation of 360 marketing plans with all distributor businesses.
· Manage marketing budgets and ensure timely accounting recording of expenses.
· Ensure partners have updated digital content, guidelines, and local marketing best practices.
· Handle marketing requests and approvals for global distributor partners, coordinating with license partners for brand assets and collateral approvals.
· Create directives and marketing recaps for global distributor activations.
· Assist in developing strategic plans with global distributors using their advertising and marketing spend accurately.
· Maintain seasonal marketing calendar globally.
· Track 360 marketing campaigns across channels.
· Assist in the forecasting process for Marketing material and new initiatives.
· Support seasonal presentations and gather competitive data as needed for internal and external communications.
· Assist in brand campaign shoot planning and manage samples trafficking.
· Manage influencer seeding & gifting across brands.
· Provide support for cross-functional teams as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
· 3-5 years of relevant experience with responsibilities in a 360 Brand Marketing role.
· Positive attitude, willing to do whatever it takes.
· Excellent organization, communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
· Strong follow-through with attention to detail.
· Ability to work cross-functionally and think proactively, prioritize multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
· Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to interface with different levels of management.
· Understanding of paid media and the digital landscape.
· Creative problem-solving abilities.
