About The Job
- You will report into the Senior Director of Levi’s Strategy.
- You will contribute to the development of long-term global brand and commercial strategies in partnership with leadership across Commercial, Marketing, Merchandising, and Operations.
- Help produce growth strategies and strategic plans, such as pricing, channel expansion, product/category development, and brand positioning.
- Partner with regional and global teams to align brand and commercial strategies across multiple channels, including retail, e-commerce, and wholesale.
- Manage important strategic projects by supporting our teams, setting timelines, tracking deliverables, and ensuring successful project completion on time and within scope.
- Lead smaller initiatives and support larger cross-functional efforts.
- Provide ongoing business analysis and reporting to support executive decision-making, track performance against strategic goals, and provide recommendations for course correction.
- Support financial analysis to evaluate the impact of strategic actions on revenue, profitability, and market performance.
- Collaborate with Finance and Marketplace Insights teams to interpret market trends and competitive dynamics.
- Help prepare ad hoc reports and analyses to support important decisions and strategic projects.
- Help prepare materials for high-level executive presentations, ensuring agreement and understanding of our strategy, objectives, and progress.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree, a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in strategy development, business analysis, or consulting, ideally within the retail, e-commerce, or consumer goods industries.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and supporting global strategic initiatives.
- Familiarity with global markets and key regions (Asia, Europe, and Latin America).
- Experience in project management within a PMO or cross-functional project environment.
- Solid understanding of financial metrics and basic financial modeling.
- Excellent project management skills, particularly with regard to managing timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience with Microsoft Suite and using Excel to maintain complex spreadsheets.
This is a hybrid position based in our San Francisco, CA headquarters. You will be expected in office 3 days per week typically Tuesday-Thursday. Note, time in office can vary depending on business needs.
The expected starting salary range for this role is $96,600- $146,200 per year. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and business needs.
