Our enterprise SaaS client is looking for a Customer Marketing Manager to join their team thru September!
Role is 40 hours/week remote! Some potential for increased engagment / extension depending on pipeline and fit!
This Customer Marketing Manager Will Be
- Developing customer marketing content, including case studies, video testimonials, blogs and webinars that align to product messaging, positioning and demonstrating the value of org's products and services for use by marketing and sales teams
- Supporting new product launches with with sales, success and marketing teams to ensure we have customer stories to generate demand and sell new products
- Providing sales teams with the tools, resources, and training needed to effectively leverage customer stories including sales slides, presentations, and other materials to support the sales process and influence revenue
- Working cross functionally with sales and success to source customers for case studies, thought leadership and speaking engagements (customer, partner conferences), analyst reports, investor relations and press to drive brand awareness and demand
- Analyze and report on performance found in SalesForce and making data-driven recommendations for improvements
Skills
- Minimum 3+ years in Customer Marketing for B2B SaaS (or at minimum tech)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to write customer case studies and produce customer videos that showcase customer success
- Experience working with customers and sales teams
- Has worked in Salesforce (or similar) and customer reference management software
- Ideally has worked with external vendors on projects and initiatives
