My Burger - Social Media and Marketing Associate
My Burger, the locally owned and burger-obsessed collection of 10 Twin Cities restaurants, is on the hunt for a Social Media and Marketing Associate to grow with us as we keep going in our quest to bring the best burgers across the Metro! We're poised to become the most notorious damn burger place the Midwest has ever seen, and your job would be to let everyone know that.
You're a social-media master who's not afraid to get their hands dirty and get in the trenches, whether it's in the kitchen or jumping on a viral trend. You're creative and enthusiastic and have fresh, innovative ideas, but you also have the technical and organizational skills to execute them. And you've got experience with Meta Business Suite, managing multi-thousand-follower accounts across multiple platforms, and the ability to adopt an established brand style.

The following outlines the expectations for work for My Burger's Social Media and Marketing Associate:
Development of an overall social strategy across platforms for My Burger, and evolution of that strategy based on analytics
Social-media calendar planned monthly in coordination with the My Burger marketing team, with the ability to be flexible in pivoting as needed
Shoot, create, and manage static and video content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook on a regular basis, as well as participate as support in more extensive quarterly or biannual photo shoots
- Community management for Instagram and Facebook
- Monetized boosting and management on Meta platforms, using an agreed-upon budget
- Monthly filming, editing, and posting of internal training videos
- Monthly photography sessions for menu photos and additional social content
- Regular Marketing Meeting attendance and quarterly social analytics presentations
Additional marketing and social-media support as needed
Qualifications: Experience working in Meta Business Suite and Canva
Experience managing social-media accounts across multiple platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
Experience managing multiple projects across a long-term and short-term calendar
Demonstrated analytic results of growth and engagement resulting from account management
Graphic Design Experience Preferred
Degree not required, but degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field preferred
Fees dependent on experience, depending on experience and billed hourly-estimated 15-20 hours/week.
