Reporting to our Vice President of Content & PR, the Brand Marketing Manager will be essential in driving forward 2-TIMES’ creative programming agenda, and is responsible for the delivery and aligned positioning of all strategic media profiling, affiliate partnerships, and content development initiatives.
Demonstrating an excelled knowledge of 2-TIMES’ visual identity & DNA, and that of its multi-brand partners, he/she/they will play a leading role in the growth of sponsored editorial projects spanning co-branded luxury, fashion, design, art and music disciplines — balancing the needs and priorities of both creative and communications teams with the generation, presentation and dissemination of a cohesive content schedule that delivers innovative ‘new media’ solutions targeting HNW private clients across key business channels including events, experiential, social, web and chat/text messaging apps.
Responsibilities
· Vetting and qualifying relevant prospective & existing partners based on campaign, brand/creative and content requirements, including outreach, submission appraisal, and respective RFP production/submission
· Establish and execute cross-channel strategic content initiatives focused on building attraction & awareness, fostering community, increasing engagement and driving new client development – a firm understanding of both branding principles and ROI driving tactics is critical
· Lead key stakeholder reviews of creative work, adding perspective and taking direction as needed
· Collaborate with eCommerce/Digital and UX teams on the production of design mockups for online projects or features, and other branded initiatives
· Cultivate third party/external relationships in relation to graphic design, video, and the overall production of artwork & assets
· Keep up to date on new and emerging technologies and channels for content placement – analyzing and formally presenting opportunities for growth
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree specialising in business, professional communications, marketing or digital media
· 3-5 years experience working for a luxury fashion brand, retailer or publisher/media group. International exposure is a plus
· Demonstrated ability to utilize analytics data and metrics to support feature and customer segment recommendations to key stakeholders
· Proven aptitude for quick creative thinking with acute attention to detail within demanding deadlines, with the ability to articulate and present creative ideas to key stakeholders – experience in engaging with influencers to produce multi-channel content a plus
· Expert proficiency in the latest design and prototyping software, including but not limited to InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects, XD, Figma, etc.
· Comprehensive understanding of Internet standards as they apply to content formats, interaction and UI design
· Aesthetically minded and well-versed in design principles, compositions & layouts for digital and physical retail. Awareness of like-minded typographic foundries advantageous
· Previous management executing global-scaled projects with teams in different time zones. Proficiency in Slack and Notion highly regarded
· Proven networks with relevant industry figures (photographers, stylists, directors, etc.), and adept at seeking out and establishing new relationships with key creative profiles
· Fluency in English is critical. Professional-level Mandarin or French is highly regarded
* Some travel (20%) will be required across Hong Kong, Australia, and Singapore HQ’s
Salary range (equivalent): HKD 75k–85k p/m, plus bonuses and allowances
