Essential Job Functions
- Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the property management sector to drive brand visibility, client acquisition, and tenant retention.
- Leadership: Manage and mentor the marketing team, ensuring alignment with company goals and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning. Utilize insights to refine marketing strategies and tactics.
- Campaign Execution: Oversee the creation and execution of targeted marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, social media, and events.
- Content Management: Develop and manage content strategies for websites, blogs, social media, and promotional materials to effectively communicate our value proposition.
- Client Engagement: Implement marketing programs to engage potential clients, property owners, and residents, enhancing the overall customer experience.
- Budget Oversight: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and monitoring the effectiveness of marketing spend.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain and enhance the company's brand image, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning across all marketing channels and materials.
- Performance Metrics: Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize strategies and achieve KPIs.
- Partnerships and Networking: Build and nurture relationships with industry partners, real estate agents, and community organizations to expand reach and drive referrals.
- Contract Negotiations: As needed with vendors, stakeholder, and internal partners.
Specific Education Or Experience
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the property management or real estate sector
