About the Role

We are seeking a creative, driven, and results-oriented Social Media & Digital Marketing Professional to help grow and strengthen our clients' brands across digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone who understands both creative content creation and marketing strategy, stays ahead of social media trends, and knows how to turn engagement into real business impact.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn
Create high-quality content including photos, videos, reels, stories, and graphics
Capture and edit video and photography for social media, website, and advertising use
Manage day-to-day social media posting, scheduling, and engagement
Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and emerging tools to keep content fresh and relevant
Build and maintain consistent brand identity and voice across all digital channels
Write compelling captions, ad copy, and promotional content
Manage and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.)
Track analytics and performance metrics; provide insights and recommendations for growth
Collaborate with internal teams to support campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives
Respond to comments and messages in a professional and timely manner
Assist with website updates, email marketing, and other digital marketing efforts as needed

Qualifications & Experience

Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing
Strong background in content creation, including video and photography
Experience with editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar platforms
Knowledge of social media scheduling and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Sprout, etc.)
Understanding of brand development, storytelling, and audience engagement
Familiarity with SEO, email marketing, and online advertising is a plus
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines!
Strong communication skills and attention to detail!
Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to marketing
