About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on, results-oriented Director of Growth Marketing to lead pipeline creation by leveraging account-based marketing, channel marketing, event marketing, and inbound digital demand gen for our high-growth, industry-leading, profitable, top-tier PE-backed B2B SaaS business.
This is an incredible career opportunity to play a key leadership role in accelerating revenue growth in an established business that has grown strongly in the absence of a dedicated growth marketing leader and team. Some pieces are in place, others are not. Your opportunity is to build and continually optimize a growth marketing engine that systematically generates value for Sales, our channel partners, and our clients.
You’ll generate qualified sales leads mostly from companies who manage community associations across the U.S. You’ll also generate leads from large self-managed community associations including HOA’s and condo/co-op associations, bank partners, software partners, and clients for whom you’ll serve as a partner for mutual business development.
This is an ideal role for a highly analytical, results-oriented, execution-focused marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys owning the end-to-end performance of growth campaigns. You will manage one or two key team members and agency partners, while remaining directly involved in planning, execution, optimization, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Growth Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute multi-channel inbound, outbound, digital, in-person, and channel-driven lead generation strategies to meet pipeline objectives.
- Achieve pipeline objectives within the constraints of budget, 1-2 person team, and strategic corporate priorities.
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, channel leaders, and clients to plan coordinated programs that drive awareness, brand equity, interest, and qualified leads among key segments and personas for multiple product lines.
- Create effective buyer journeys by aligning relevant marketing content with campaigns and “meet prospective buyers where they are” on their journeys based on data insights, lead nurturing, and trigger-based drip campaigns.
Demand Generation & Optimization
- Develop and execute paid media programs including SEM, paid social, retargeting, and display, and organic media programs including AEO, SEO, and social media to generate high-quality leads efficiently.
- Develop and scale targeted outbound, multi-touch, personalized account-based marketing campaigns leveraging data insights, buyer intent signals, AI, email, social, and events targeting strategic accounts across the buyer journey.
- Implement ABM technologies and intent data to support account prioritization and personalized experiences.
- Optimize qualified lead conversion among prospects who demonstrate interest on our website, landing pages, at in-person and virtual events, and with channel partners. You’ll leverage data-driven A/B testing of offers, creative, and messaging, audience segmentation, nurture programs, and funnel analysis to continuously improve effectiveness and efficiency.
Marketing Operations & Reporting
- Establish clear KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics to ensure ROI-driven decision-making and forecasting accuracy.
- Collaborate with RevOps to ensure clean data, accurate attribution, and consistent lead management processes.
- Maintain strong operational discipline across budgeting, weekly and monthly performance tracking, and process improvement.
- Use insight-driven recommendations to improve spend allocation, channel mix, audience strategy, and messaging for maximum impact.
- Track partner pipeline contribution and improve partner program performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales leadership to align ICP refinement, lead quality expectations, and campaign feedback loops.
- Partner with Product Marketing to translate value propositions into campaign-ready messaging, offers, and assets.
- Coordinate with Sales, Client Success, and clients when running cross-sell or expansion-focused campaigns and campaigns to expand our clients’ business.
Team & Vendor Management
- Lead a small, agile team (1–2 direct reports) with a focus on execution and pipeline production.
- Manage and optimize external agency resources for paid media, creative, or content as needed.
Qualifications
Required
- 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing with progressive responsibility in demand generation including both digital marketing and ABM.

- Proven people and management experience, and success with cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a comfort level in data-driven decision making.
- Experience collaborating closely with Sales and RevOps teams in a pipeline-focused environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify insights and influence cross-functional partners.
Preferred
- Experience in PE-backed or high-growth SaaS environments.
- Experience managing small teams and external agencies.
- Familiarity with paid media strategy, funnel optimization, and attribution best practices.
