We are looking for a skilled and results-oriented SEO Specialist to join our marketing and content teams as a long-term contractor for 2025 to help on our flagship website overhaul. While this role would ideally serve 3 days per week in Natick, MA, and the other 2 from home, we're now opening it up to fully remote SEO Managers as well.

In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing our online presence, driving targeted traffic, and enhancing visibility across search engines. You will play a key role in helping develop organic search strategies as well as in assisting with paid search, ensuring our content stays competitive in the digital landscape while aligning with overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
" Assist in implementing global, B2B SEO strategy to increase search engine visibility and drive high-quality traffic to the website.
" Collaborate with content marketing team to develop and optimize new and existing web content that aligns closely with search intent of target audiences
" Align with regional demand generation teams to understand regional needs and bring the global search strategy to life
" Harness SEO insights to inform and enhance SEM efforts, including identifying high-performing keywords and guiding content creation
" Use SEO tools to conduct keyword research and analysis across multiple languages to identify trends and opportunities
" Conduct competitor analyses to identify gaps in content strategy.
" Use SEO tools to audit and monitor organic performance and provide actionable insights and well-developed recommendations to key stakeholders
" Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and other on-page elements.
" Collaborate with web developers to address technical SEO issues, including site speed, crawlability, and indexation.
" Work closely with global teams to ensure consistency in SEO efforts across regions. Communicate effectively with non-SEO stakeholders to explain complex concepts in an understandable way.
" Stay up-to-date with the latest search trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to maintain competitiveness.
Qualifications
" 3+ years of experience in SEO
" A proven track record of success in driving organic growth for a global brands
" Editing and proofreading skills, to ensure content aligns with Google's quality guidelines
" Solid understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
" Experience in B2B technology, automation, or related industries is a plus
" Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Ads, and Screaming Frog
" Experience with HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms is a plus
" Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
" Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
