Primary Responsibilities:
- Partner with Sales and Executive teams to design and execute multi-channel campaigns across digital, social media, email, SEO, and SEM platforms.
- Support product marketing strategies to drive demand and generate qualified leads (MQLs).
- Work with Sales and cross-functional teams to define product positioning and create go-to-market strategies that resonate with our target audience.
- Track key performance metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Analyze performance data and make data-driven recommendations to refine and improve marketing efforts for optimal results.
- Identify industry trends, events, and opportunities to boost visibility and generate new leads.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of competitive strategies and emerging trends in the IT and government contracting sectors.
- Develop and manage marketing collateral including presentations, newsletters, sales materials, and social media content, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Support webinar content development and client communication initiatives to engage with prospects and clients.
- Work with Sales to identify key tradeshows, events, and conferences where DTS can participate to generate MQLs and increase brand visibility.
- Attend local events to network, represent DTS, and capture content for marketing (photos, videos) that enhances engagement and brand visibility.

Key Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3+ years of marketing experience in a startup or high-growth environment (5+ years preferred)
- Experience in digital marketing, lead generation, and campaign management.
- Strong expertise in SEO and proven ability to increase organic traffic and improve search rankings.
- Proficiency in cold email campaigns, email deliverability, and automation.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot to manage CRM, automate workflows, and track campaign performance.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation and outreach.
- Proven ability to create high-quality content (blog posts, case studies, email copy, social media posts) that aligns with brand messaging and supports lead generation.
- Strong experience in content creation for multiple channels, including digital and offline materials.
- Experience planning and executing tradeshows, conferences, and webinars to maximize engagement and lead generation.
- ABSOLUTE MUST: Resourceful and self-motivated with the ability to take initiative, wear multiple hats, and work in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
