Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand visibility and engagement
- Create, design, and manage published content (images, video, written) across various social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube
- Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and product teams to align social media efforts with overall business objectives and campaigns
- Support public relations efforts by promoting company news, announcements, and thought leadership content across social media channels
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends, customer inquiries, and competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations
- Analyze and report on social media performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for improvements
- Engage with followers and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media managemet
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, their respective audiences, and best practics
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and visual content.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms
- Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or related softwares
