Responsibilities
• Assist CEO in formulating the company's medium - and long-term strategic development plan, competitive strategy, etc., and be responsible for organizing implementation, monitoring, and promoting the realization of strategic business objectives.
• Create an overall marketing roadmap and own marketing budget. Set marketing goals and objectives and report on performance relative to these
• Define, deliver, and develop effective omni-channel brand marketing strategy to drive the growth goals
• Lead strategic brand positioning and awareness
• Lead creative programs that generates breakthrough ideas to lead the brand forward
• Drive loyalty strategy to build customer awareness and engagement
• Lead product marketing and visual merchandising to support product strategy
• Lead brand advertising, PR and partnerships
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of high performing, results oriented marketing professionals
• Use market and internal research and data to evaluate marketing planning and decision making
• Take a holistic view of the user experience. Identify and oversee improvements in the conversion funnel
Qualifications
• Significant experience in building marketing strategies in creatively driven companies
• Proven working experience as CMO
• Have a proven track record of recruiting and developing performance marketers and building high performing teams
• A leader with a truly global vision who works well with internal teams and external partners in different time zones.
• Highly collaborative in a cross-functional environment
• Experience leading a marketing function through a period of rapid growth
• Have a keen sense of trends within the market and able to take advantage of market factors to create marketing programs that build momentum
• Ability to set and communicate a clear vision and drive for results
