Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management and VIP Sales Growth :
- Cultivate and foster personalized relationships with Printemps’ most valuable and high-net-worth clients, including international and local VIPs.
- Provide tailored, expert styling advice that aligns with the individual tastes and needs of luxury clientele, ensuring each experience exceeds expectations.
- Expertly identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling exclusive products, creating a seamless shopping journey that enhances the client’s lifestyle.
- Leverage available digital tools, CRM systems, and data to track client preferences, anticipate needs, and offer personalized recommendations, driving client loyalty and maximizing sales.

Exclusive Service and High-End Product Knowledge :
- Offer a full range of luxury services, including bespoke wardrobe curation, personalized gifting, and lifestyle product recommendations tailored to the specific tastes of each client.
- Provide expert advice on product fit, alterations, and customization, utilizing in-store services to ensure every purchase is flawless.

- Utilize social media and digital channels to share curated content, promote luxury brands, and engage clients with behind-the-scenes access to exclusive events, ensuring a seamless link between digital and physical experiences.
- Host private events and fashion presentations to showcase new collections, provide personalized style advice, and build stronger connections with high-profile clients.

- Ensure a seamless client experience by managing the logistics of high-end purchases, special orders, product sourcing, and exclusive access to private collections.

Leadership and Collaboration :

Qualifications:
- Proven track record of building long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals and a strong network within the luxury retail industry.
- At least 5 years of experience in high-end retail or luxury sales, specializing in personal shopping and serving VIP clientele.
- A deep knowledge of luxury fashion, and exclusive brands, with a strong passion for providing impeccable service.
- Highly developed communication skills, with the ability to connect with clients on a personal level and handle sensitive matters discreetly.
- Strong proficiency in using digital tools, CRM systems, and social media platforms to enhance client relationships and sales.
