Coordinator, PR & Collaborations
What You Bring

- Strong organizational skills and work ethic: You are eager to learn in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, can easily navigate change and multi-task.
- Social media fluency: You are an expert on social platforms and their features including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, YouTube and familiar with social media analytics, terms and their meanings.
- Professionalism: You possess a natural ability to interface appropriately with celebrities and their teams, influencers and agencies.

What You Do
- Support the PR & collaborations team executing product collaborations and, pitching media and creating campaign-supporting content.
- Track and monitor press clippings from both short and long lead media outlets, plus relevant social media platforms.
- Draft copy for campaign announcements
- Keep a pulse on fashion trends, culturally relevant events, entertainment industry and celebrity news.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, merchandising and business strategies to ensure that key product initiatives, events, collaborations, etc. are the foundation for outreach
- Supervise and process editor and press orders through warehouse, online or store pulls
- Support PR department on day-to-day needs, events, projects and initiatives.
- Ability to report on collaborations, PR deliverables and results on a weekly, seasonal, campaign, annual and one-off basis.
- Maintain an AE-dedicated media library of all clips and scans.
Qualifications
- At least one year of on-the-job experience (including internships).
- Must be based in NY office

- Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location.
