We are currently seeking a Marketing Communications & Social Media Specialist to support marketing and social media efforts for our client. This temporary position involves coordinating marketing tasks, managing social media platforms, and ensuring polished, on-brand communications during a 2-3 month. You will work closely with a small team, helping maintain the flow of daily operations while a key team member is out.
The ideal candidate will have strong editing skills, experience managing social media, and excellent communication abilities.
Location: Onsite – Nashville, TN 37206 (Parking available)
Employment Type: Contract, 2-3 months
Start Date: Ideally, January 13th, 2025
Hours per Week: Full-Time, 40 hours, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Pay Rate: $22- $25/hr DOE
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee social media posts across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), X (formerly Twitter), and LinkedIn.
- Ensure all posts adhere to branding guidelines and maintain consistent engagement.
- Coordinate with the agency’s creative team to ensure smooth content scheduling and publishing.
- Support marketing efforts by filling in gaps in communication and campaign coordination.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including property teams, to ensure marketing tasks are completed.
- Edit flyers, social media copy, and other marketing collateral to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Work within established brand guidelines, ensuring all materials are error-free and meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with a team member responsible for drafting content and provide final editing support.
