What You Will Do
The
Marketing Manager, US Product Marketing plays a key role in the development, implementation and presentation of the Correct and Moisturize marketing strategies within the SkinCeuticals brand. They are responsible for ensuring the health and growth of our Correct sku portfolio, including hero sku growth strategies, forecasting, and launch planning, while controlling costs and managing budget effectively. They will work closely with marketing management to create, present, and execute the US marketing panier.
Marketing Strategy & Activation
- Responsible for ensuring product portfolio is maintained across all channels including consistent messaging across all, asset updates and problem solving as needed.
- Responsible for developing new and exciting messaging for existing portfolio skus to maintain momentum and bring newness to storytelling.
- Localize globally released assets to fit US best practices and be relevant for the US consumer.
- Effectively manage marketing budget to fuel most impactful initiatives, advocate for necessary support to deliver on financial goals.
- Ensure marketing plans are strategic and relevant across all channels: D2C, B2B and etailers. Identify opportunities to test and learn new approaches and make adjustments based on learnings.
Analytics
- Manage sku forecasts and actuals: including weekly & monthly reporting to monitor performance, making adjustments to the marketing plan as needed based on learnings.
- Develop launch forecasts based on internal and competitive sku benchmarking and present to brand leadership.
- Leverage consumer and market data to develop impactful and relevant marketing plans.
Samples Management
- Own Samples budget for total brand, working closely with finance team to manage and refine as needed.
- Partner with channel leads to develop Samples strategies, track Samples inventory and usage across teams.
Effective Communication
- Strong Cross-functional collaboration is imperative: Marketing Manager will work closely with DMI, Medical Affairs, Education, Sales, Demand Planning, Creative, Finance, eComm, eTail and Integrated Comms teams to bring marketing initiatives to life.
- Lead launches with 360* ownership across all channels and a collaborate mindset, driving one cohesive marketing story and flawless execution of marketing plans.
- Manage external vendors to ideate, develop and execute marketing plans.
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 3 years in Marketing and/or related function.
- Strong understanding and interest of the aesthetic skincare industry preferred.
- Proactive and results-oriented thinker who would flourish in an entrepreneurial and relationships-driven environment.
- Communicates clearly and succinctly in both oral and written forms.
- Ability to collaboratively work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Must demonstrate strong critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Must be skilled at executing within tight timeframes with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Highly organized with proven multi-tasking and project management skills.

Salary Range: $98,400-$140,200 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
