The Vice President (VP) will join the senior leadership team including the CEO and other VP, contributing to the agency’s growth and client success. With a strong background in both business development and marketing, the VP will successfully market the agency globally and lead digital marketing service offerings, including social media. The Vice President will oversee 8-10 high-profile client campaigns, ensuring profitability, client satisfaction, and long-term retention while simultaneously driving significant revenue growth.
The Vice President will directly manage and mentor a team of 3-4 professionals, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and internal development. A key aspect of the role will be bringing and leveraging a strong network of key opinion leaders to fuel new business development while also working to maintain and strengthen existing relationships. Strategic leadership will be essential in securing new business, driving revenue expansion, and maintaining a competitive edge to ensure the agency’s continued success on a global scale.
Essential Job Function (duties include but are not limited to the following):
· Effectively market the agency, driving FITZ & CO forward to meet our strategic goals
· Identify, pursue and close new business leads, achieving a mid-six-figure goal
· Strategize expansion of service offerings and improve efficiencies in execution
· Bring a network of KOLs and maintain the agency’s network
· Proactively assess client satisfaction and devise and implement solutions to issues
· Oversee execution of marketing and PR campaigns for international clients and ensure other offerings such as audience development, social media, digital strategy, VIP, and events are managed profitably to scope
· Develop and implement outreach strategies to the press and other target constituencies
· Manage team by setting clear goals, troubleshooting any challenges that arise, and communicating regularly with direct reports, ensuring job satisfaction and retention
· Develop and implement outreach strategies to KOLs, media, influencers and other target audiences
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Work is performed in FITZ & CO’s New York office. We are currently working on a hybrid schedule in office Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, and optionally in office Tuesdays and Fridays. (Schedule subject to change at CEO’s discretion.) The Vice President will be expected to travel domestically and internationally and to work outside of regular office hours based on client events and team working across time zones. Because we work across time zones, the Vice President is required to be available before and after normal office hours (M-F, 10-6) and occasionally on weekends.
REQUIREMENTS:
· B.A. degree
· 10+ years of experience in marketing and/or public relations
· Agency or PR experience a must
· Demonstrates leadership and professionalism to clients, colleagues, and direct reports
· Proven track record with business development
· Successful team management experience
· Expertise in marketing (digital and traditional) and social media
· Understanding of the art world
· Collaborative spirit, valuing the success of the agency and team over individual wins
· An existing network of KOLs across brands, arts, and media
· Technical skills with programs such as: Microsoft Office Suite, Photoshop, Hubspot, MuckRack, and Harvest

Salary Range: $115,000 - $135,000
