About the Job:
We are looking for a dynamic marketing manager to take our brand to the next level. As Marketing Manager you will work closely with the Marketing and Product Management teams to effectively manage marketing campaigns for both new and existing products. The Marketing Manager may also support business development initiatives and execution of new user acquisition strategies. You will be responsible for driving the promotional plans for multiple products and business partners by managing compelling and differentiated messaging, as well as positioning, pricing, promotions, business presentations, and additional logistics necessary to ensure successful product launches and ongoing product success. You will also create and keep up-to-date marketing materials, collateral, presentations, and other documentation and training required to support revenue opportunities and partnership activities. The position reports to the Director of Marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Drive competitive insights, market share, product mix, pricing, forecasting, promotional materials, and business tracking to achieve short- and long-term objectives.
- Identify and manage strategic marketing opportunities and partnerships.
- Plan awareness and lead generation campaigns.
- Provide partners and customers with marketing materials and training on MatchBlox products and services.
- Conduct market research on product positioning, messaging, customer satisfaction, product usage, target markets, and customer segmentation to support recommendations.
- Drive the product launch process from a communications, operations, and internal readiness perspective.
Qualifications:
- 7 years of product or outbound marketing experience, with experience in partner and direct marketing, advertising and product marketing programs
- Strong creative ability and skills in conceptualizing and implementing integrated online, print, and broadcast marketing campaigns
- Proven track record in launching and sustaining consumer-focused Internet and/or mobile products and services
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, innovative, exciting environment
- Strong analytic and performance measurement skills
- Strong competitive market analysis skills
- Ability to propose new initiatives and drive them to completion
- Self-starter with the ability to work well autonomously
- Excellent English verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and team skills, including the ability to solve difficult problems efficiently with a wide variety of people in different disciplines within the organization.
- Bachelor’s Degree is required; MBA is a plus
Compensation: From $200,000.00 to $200,001.00 per year
