The B2B Marketing Manager will manage campaigns and infrastructure to drive new business for Artsy’s gallery partnerships team. Reporting to the B2B Marketing Lead, you'll own the B2B new business funnel, collaborating closely with the sales team to ensure successful lead conversion.
Your role includes overseeing campaign execution and reporting, and optimizing marketing operations in collaboration with our sales and sales operations teams. You will also work closely with our Brand and Content teams coordinating the production of engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
This is a full time role with in office attendance required 3 days a week. The role is based in our New York office.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee and execute the B2B content calendar by pitching relevant content ideas, scheduling content distribution according to team MQL goals, key art world moments, and Artsy product launches. Coordinate with the brand team for creative assets needed for B2B content (email images, articles, toolkit PDFs, etc.).
- Partner with the sales team to ensure that the inbound and outbound MQLs you deliver convert to activations, and train new sales hires on the latest content.
- Build and maintain B2B lead generation marketing operations (e.g., lead scoring, MQL notification flows, nurture programs) and report monthly on campaigns using Salesforce, Looker, and Marketo, analyzing what drives leads and informing content strategy.
- Manage lifecycle campaigns that support customer retention goals.
- Build and deploy email marketing campaigns and manage the B2B WordPress website to generate MQLs and audience engagement.

- You are currently authorized to live and work in New York.
- This role will be based in New York City and office attendance is expected 3 days per week.
- A marketing generalist with 2-3 years of B2B marketing experience and a focus on lead generation and email marketing.
- Robust copywriting for emails and landing pages.
- Strong knowledge of the art world and luxury markets.
- Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience with Marketo, Salesforce, and Braze (or similar marketing automation/CRM systems).
- Proven track record of managing successful lead-generation campaigns.
- Familiarity with WordPress.
- Proficiency with AI tools

The salary range for this role is $70,000-$85,000 annually. Artsy is committed to equitable compensation practices, and your offer will depend on the relevant experience and skillset you bring to the team.
