Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented and organized individual to add to the Social Media team to manage client accounts, collaborate with our internal team, and deliver exceptional results. This role requires someone who can work closely with clients and the creative team to develop cohesive strategies, produce engaging content, and build strong social media presences for the brands we represent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborative Content Creation: Work with the creative and marketing teams to brainstorm and execute unique social media campaigns, including content calendars, captions, graphics, and videos.
- Posting & Scheduling: Manage posting schedules, ensuring timely and consistent content delivery across all relevant platforms.
- Community Engagement: Interact with client audiences by responding to comments, messages, and fostering community growth.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze social media metrics for client accounts, providing regular updates and actionable recommendations to improve engagement and growth.
- Trend Spotting: Stay informed about industry trends, platform updates, and new content formats to keep clients’ social media fresh and relevant.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with account managers, designers, and copywriters to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and strategies.
