HR for Health is looking for a passionate and results-oriented Part-Time Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you'll play a key role in developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns that drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention for HR for Health. You'll work collaboratively with the SVP of Marketing, Marketing Manager, and other internal teams to bring innovative marketing ideas to life.
While this role is starting as a part-time position with about 10-20 hours per week, our plan is to continue to grow this role’s responsibilities into a full-time, 40 hours per week, salaried position by the end of 2024 or early 2025. Here's a snapshot of your day-to-dayYou’ll work closely with our marketing and event team to:
- Craft and execute a winning marketing strategy that hits lead and sales goals every month
- Manage and grow the social media and community presence of our brands
- Create and launch email marketing and landing development that is continually optimized for improvement
- Develop webinar content and manage logistics that support marketing goals
- Work with our freelance team members to execute on successful development of content; blogs, flyers, videos, and more…
- Partner with our product managers to develop product marketing assets that education, increase adoption and deliver value for customers and prospects
- Administrative and project support needs for SVP, including expense reconciliation, project management, email inbox organization, and more
- Flex creative muscle with our content marketing and design teams to develop assets that compel and convert
- Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to develop targeted content and campaigns that support our lead generation goals and nurture existing customer relationships.
- Track campaign performance and look for opportunities to improve results
- Research and understand our product, offering, market and ideal customer – know how to step into the psychology of our audience in order to develop better content for their needs
- Proactively seek out solutions to issues without needing to be asked
- Develop and support the execution of marketing events, including overseeing logistics, managing event materials, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring on-time delivery.
- Brainstorm creative campaign concepts with the SVP of Marketing and Marketing Automation Specialist, including calls to action, content, and A/B testing strategies.
- Oversee the Marketing Plan and track campaign performance metrics.
- Craft compelling blog posts and other written content in a thought-leadership style.
- Manage incoming marketing requests from internal and external stakeholders, ensuring on-time delivery of projects.

- 1+ years of experience in marketing or a related field (experience in healthcare/dental marketing -or- SaaS marketing is a plus).

- The ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment sounds like a piece of cake.
- You notice typos on the menus at restaurants – IE: you have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
- Proficiency in marketing tools like HubSpot, Canva, Salesforce, and social media platforms (a plus)

In its current part-time capacity, this role offers 10-20 hours per week at a rate for $22-30/hour, depending on experience. We offer flexible working hours, but require the majority of your availability to be between 9am and 6pm ET on weekdays.
