We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team and drive our marketing efforts
with a strong focus on Product-Led Growth (PLG) and Top of the Funnel optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- SEO/SEM Management: Develop and implement effective SEO and SEM strategies to increase organic search visibility and drive traffic to our website
- Product-Led Growth: Lead PLG initiatives by aligning marketing efforts with product teams to create and optimize user experiences that drive adoption and conversion
- Top of the Funnel Optimization: Analyze and optimize top-of-the-funnel marketing strategies to increase lead generation and conversion rates by at least 20%
- Content Marketing: Create and manage high-quality content that resonates with our target audience and supports our SEO and SEM goals
- Data-Driven Marketing: Utilize analytics and data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and measure their effectiveness
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and support business objectives
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversion
Requirements
- Proven Experience in SEO/SEM: Demonstrable experience in managing SEO and SEM campaigns with a track record of success
- Product-Led Growth Experience: Strong background in PLG, with the ability to drive marketing initiatives that support product adoption and growth
- Top of the Funnel Optimization: Proven ability to increase top-of-the-funnel metrics and optimize lead generation efforts
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and web analytics tools
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and engage with various stakeholders
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with ABM: Knowledge of Account-Based Marketing strategies and their integration with PLG initiatives
- Creative Thinking: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing strategies that drive results
- Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
