The marketing manager of demand generation for Neota is responsible for developing and executing the programs and campaigns designed to drive inbound leads, prospect nurturing, and drive marketing's contribution to the sales pipeline. This role works in partnership with the broader marketing organization, sales, customer success, and the Neota leadership team among other teams. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Office, the primary responsibilities of the role include:
Developing
demand generation programs/campaigns for Neota's target audiences, including new personas as they are identified, with the goal of adding new prospect contacts to the database and driving inbound leads to the sales and CS teams.
- Developing sales / customer enablement materials - including case studies, pitch decks, collateral pieces
- Owning and maintaining Hubspot - Neota's single source of customer and prospect data and marketing tech- with the goal ensuring all Neota teams are adhering to Hubspot best practices and policies/processes and developing reporting for business needs
- Producing consistent no-code, workflow, automation, and innovation thought leadership content to build the Neota brand and position Neota as a resource on key industry topics
- Managing and implementing Neota's social media marketing efforts and leveraging social channels to contribute to demand generation and overall brand awareness for Neota
- Plan and execute virtual and in-person event sponsorships and activities, including executing regular Neota webinars and sponsorships of key industry events in a manner that aligns to the business goals and budget
As a key member of the Neota marketing team, the manager of demand generation provides input into the overarching Neota marketing strategy and plan, owning key elements of that plan and its execution. Additional areas of responsibility for this role may include:
- Acting as a key marketing contact for the sales and customer success teams.
- Supporting the Neota leadership team on key strategic initiatives and goals
- Ensuring all demand generation marketing efforts are tracked and measured to determine success and areas of improvement
- Maintaining and developing lead generation processes and metrics and implementing new processes as needed.
- Assisting with communication of consistent messaging and positioning across the globe
Requirements
- 2+ years B2B SaaS/Technology marketing experience with a proven track record of success in demand generation.
- Degree/s in Marketing and Communication
- Deep understanding of modern digital marketing techniques (SEO, PPC, SEM, social media)
- Experience using marketing automation and analytics tools like HubSpot and Google Analytics
- Strong content creation skills with a focus on SEO best practices
- Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
