Responsibilities & Objectives
Elemica’s Senior Manager, Growth Marketing is integral to our success and serves as trusted, dedicated advisor to our loyal clients, helping them to achieve success. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Senior Manager, Growth Marketing will manage Digital Marketing, Demand Generation, and Marketing Operations. Key to this role is being able to build and manage a revenue-generating strategic marketing plan while innovating B2B demand generation efforts across product lines and global geographies. Strategies will drive new business for high-volume point solutions along with multi-year enterprise solutions. The right candidate will understand partner and system integrator roles in the sales process and have experience engaging the global supply chain ecosystem. The candidate will manage the marketing agency’s digital and demand efforts and will partner with sales and sales operations teams to optimize the sales funnel to drive incremental, attributable revenue. They will recommend new marketing roles and technologies that help marketing achieve strategic goals. They will also manage external marketing agency resources and agency performance while clearly defining roles and responsibilities.

What You’ll Do
- Build and innovate Elemica’s digital marketing and demand generation strategy
- Own sales funnel performance, driving change across go-to-market organizations
- Build a world-class, high-performing martech stack enabling measurable demand programs
- Define Elemica’s Account Based Marketing (ABM) strategy
- Manage Elemica’s agency digital and demand efforts, balancing internal and agency roles
- Automate customer marketing communications to strengthen buyer relationships
- Develop a channel marketing approach across technology and systems integration partners
- Deliver marketing reporting and showcase results to peer and executive teams
- Recommend technology and program innovations to improve results across sales and marketing
What You’ll Need
- 5+ years of B2B demand generation or digital marketing Leadership experience
- Strong understanding of marketing automation and lead nurture concepts required
- Marketing experience at a global supply chain SaaS company is strongly preferred
- Demonstrated results building a demand generation team responsible for revenue growth
- Experience building and managing an Account Based Marketing program
- Familiarity with multi-product sales motions and professional services driven deals
- Experience leading marketing operations and sales funnel analytics desired
- Innovative demand generation thinker who brings new, experimental program ideas
- Knowledge of account, contact, and buyer intent data purchasing and integration
- Demonstrable experience with Pardot, Bombora, and ZoomInfo
- Understanding of the sales funnel and experience leading sales alignment efforts
- Experience managing keyword, paid social, and digital advertising campaigns required
- Based in Atlanta, GA, Philadelphia, PA, or willing to travel 25% to those locations
Education
- BA/BS or equivalent degree
Compensation
Based on experience and will consist of base salary, performance bonus, 401K, medical, and comprehensive benefits package.
