As the Email Marketing and Community Engagement Manager, you will increase registrations, engagement with, and growth of Feeling Good Institute's products and services. You will manage all aspects of our email marketing, monthly webinars, and social media engagement. You will manage day-to-day updates, contribute to conversations, and increase engagement on Feeling Good’s social channels and email List Service. You’ll oversee and manage research, content creation, email sends, communications scheduling, and commenting. Your goal is to increase bookings for 15-minute consults with the affiliated therapists, increase registrations to our trainings, and build a community of evangelists for the Feeling Good Institute.
Key Responsibilities:
Email Marketing:
- Send 15+ emails via our email platform KEAP per month.
- Manage the email schedule and develop compelling copy for new trainings using insights from previous emails and best practices.
- Understand segmentation and use KEAP to segment different audiences effectively.
- Perform A/B testing to improve email open and click rates.
- Promote upcoming trainings, workshops, and consultation groups through emails.
- Announce new clinicians and other updates via email.
- Gather data on lead sources and actions to thank referral sources.
Content Creation and Coordination:
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create content.
- Work with internal stakeholders to get input and approval on email copy and strategy.
- Coordinate with the director of training, certifications administrator, and marketing team to ensure content accuracy.
- Edit videos or coordinate with vendors for video editing for newsletters.
- Create and manage marketing assets in Canva.
Webinar Management:
- Project manage monthly webinars: secure presenters each month, coordinate content creation, and facilitate team meetings.
- Manage timeline of events leading up to each webinar
- Follow Up with presenters to ensure that they meet deadlines
Community Engagement:
- Increase engagement and usage of all available resources and services.
- Identify influential communities and monitor them for engagement opportunities.
- Facilitate and manage programs where clinicians engage in relevant conversations to build the FGI brand.
- Encourage ongoing conversations on the listserve and social media outlets.
- Collaborate with leaders to develop community engagement events (CE webinar/didactics, brown bag lunches, holiday party, summer party).
Social Media Marketing (Secondary Duties):
- Review content and collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to create a regular publishing and social media promotion schedule.
- Write engaging posts, develop visuals, publish, and share content.
- Communicate with followers, respond to mentions, comments, shares, etc.
- Monitor and report on metrics to continuously improve outcomes.
- Develop ideas for new content from our extensive training library and subject matter experts.
- Format and publish content to the blog and Hubspot.
