As the Associate Marketing Manager, you will be part of a small high performing B2B SaaS marketing team that delivers excellent customer experiences across channels.
Your Role on The Team
The primary function of this role is to manage the planning and execution of marketing projects. You will implement and execute communication programs, ABM campaigns, sales enablement programs, and new product launches that will build awareness, drive adoption, increase brand visibility, and enhance user engagement at every step of a customer’s journey. You will also be part of the Go-to-Market team, on the front lines of bringing our solutions and services to the market.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
- Collaborate in developing and executing annual marketing plan activities, forecasts, budgets and P&L.
- Develop integrated B2B marketing initiatives for AirWorks products and services that contribute to business growth and ensure clear brand representation across all distribution channels.
- Establish expected outcomes and performance goals for your programs and projects, measure against them, learn, and refine.
- Create and maintain performance dashboards and reporting to track marketing performance and insights.
- Develop and document marketing processes and workflows to ensure consistency, efficiency, and scalability.
- Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated workflows in HubSpot.
- Conduct competitive market analysis to formulate recommendations for an annual brand plan, including advertising and promotional strategies as appropriate.
- Mentor marketing associate and support a nurturing learning environment.
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, English, Product Development, or other customer-related field.
- 3-5 years’ experience in B2B marketing, preferably with a focus on B2B digital, content, and/or inbound marketing.
- Demonstrated ability to understand the bigger picture and work tactically at the same time.
- Verbal and written communication style that is factual, clear, and user-centric.
- Outstanding planning and organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to balance competing demands.
- Demonstrated ability to use data to make decisions.
Bonus points if:
- Experience with our tech stack: HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, and Canva
- Experience with ABM campaigns and strategic concepts
- Experience with our product: GIS, geospatial software, LiDAR, drones or satellite imagery
- Experience in architecture, engineering, construction or telecommunications industries
