Torsh Inc., is an education technology company that produces Torsh TALENT, a secure, online, cloud-based coaching and professional learning platform through which all of the disparate elements of coaching (observation, feedback, goal-setting, goal tracking, data gathering, community building, training and certification) can be organized, tracked, implemented and managed. Our core mission is to improve student outcomes by increasing educator effectiveness and we do this by helping schools and organizations increase educator instructional capacity, improve the delivery of educator professional development, and generate insights into educator effectiveness. We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager who will manage all marketing activities for the company and facilitate seamless collaboration between departments to maximize lead generation, sales growth, and customer retention. In this role, the Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of all company marketing platforms, programs, and projects. Success in this position requires the ability to understand a variety of marketing tools, strategies and tactics and how to effectively use these tools to grow and support our sales efforts.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to developing and enhancing Torsh's marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, differentiate Torsh from competitors, and establish the company as a thought leader in the coaching and professional learning space
- Master and manage the company’s revenue technology stack including Hubspot CRM, Hubspot Marketing and other digital prospecting tools
- Manage all digital marketing channels (Facebook, Instagram, X, Blog Posts, etc.)
- Facilitate communication between the company’s product, marketing, sales, and customer success teams
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for our marketing strategies to identify best practices and new opportunities for lead generation; use a data-driven approach to decision-making to ensure effectiveness
- Research and become knowledgeable about marketing trends and tools to ensure the company remains best in class
- Support the company’s CEO in certain partnership & business development efforts
- Manage the marketing budget, including forecasting and allocation to ensure maximum ROI and cost efficiency
- Direct and oversee the work of external agencies and consultants to ensure alignment with marketing goals and brand consistency
- Develop, manage and attend conference trade shows, including planning, execution, and post-event analysis to maximize brand exposure and lead generation
Position Requirements
Knowledge & Experience
- 4+ years of marketing experience in the education technology industry
- Experience as a marketer in the early education and/or early intervention space is a strong plus!
- Demonstrable passion for education, professional learning and/or coaching
- Strong knowledge of and familiarity with, HubSpot CRM and Hubspot Marketing platforms
- Exceptional social media marketing skills
