The Sisley Group is looking for a highly skilled and passionate Digital Marketing Manager to lead our paid media initiatives, enhance customer engagement through impactful digital campaigns, and act as our primary liaison with advertising agencies and digital marketing partners. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital marketing, and a keen understanding of social CRM. This role will be report to our Director of Ecommerce / VP of Marketing. Ideal candidates will have 4 to 8 years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in the beauty industry.

Digital Marketing:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiples channels, including SEM, social media, display advertising, influencer and affiliates marketing.
- Act as the main point of contact for our digital marketing agency, providing them with essential information, such as budgets, goals, promotional calendar, campaign briefings and creative assets.
- Review and approve all campaigns and assets to guarantee that brand guidelines and objectives are being adhered to.
- Maintain our social media presence constant and relevant through content creation, UGC curation, and agile CRM.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance and overall budget pacing and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Supervise digital marketing invoices and P&L, ensuring cost-effective campaign management and budget adherence.
- Manage advertising agreements and partnerships, as well as research and connect with new digital marketing vendors.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging digital marketing technologies.
- Work with other department heads to plan and execute their digital marketing needs (PR partnerships and events, Evites, Masterclasses, Live streaming events, etc.)
Required Experience and Skills:
- BS/MS degree in digital marketing, communication or a related field.
- 4+ experience working with digital marketing (fashion/beauty industry is a plus)
- Experience creating and implementing campaigns for social media, display advertising, lead generation, and SEM.
- Exceptional attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills that contribute to team success.
- Experience with media planning and budget allocation.
- Well-versed in the use of social media and digital marketing tools such as Meta Ads, Tiktok Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Merchant Center, Ahrefs, Sales Cloud, etc.
- Knowledge and experience with graphic design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, After Effects, etc. is a big plus.
- Highly organized with ability to prioritize and manage deadlines.
- Self-motivated with ability to take initiative.
