Job Overview:Creative Home Ideas is seeking an energetic and driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will manage paid social media campaigns and be heavily involved in planning and executing organic posts. Reporting directly to the CEO and SVP of Digital Commerce & Marketing, you will help shape our social media strategy. We are looking for a hustler who thrives in a fast-paced environment, working with a limited budget that grows as we achieve data-driven success.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies for both organic and paid campaigns across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest.
- Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns, focusing on performance and return on investment.
- Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to create content that drives engagement and increases brand visibility.
- Produce, schedule, and publish platform-specific content (text, images, and videos) that aligns with brand goals and resonates with target audiences.
- Monitor and engage with audiences across all social platforms, ensuring timely and professional responses to comments, messages, and mentions.
- Work closely with the eCommerce team to link social media content to product listings and support overall eCommerce goals.
- Analyze social media metrics and campaign performance, adjusting strategies to improve results based on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Assist in the strategic planning of social media content calendars and ensure consistent, timely posting.
- Stay current with social media trends, tools, and platform updates to implement new and innovative tactics.
- Manage a limited social media budget, scaling it as performance improves based on data-driven insights.
- Regularly report campaign performance, trends, and growth opportunities to the CEO and SVP of Digital Commerce & Marketing.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in managing both organic and paid social media campaigns, preferably within an eCommerce or consumer goods environment.
- Proven experience working with influencers and creating content that drives engagement and conversions.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and advertising tools (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads).
- Data-driven with experience analyzing social media performance metrics and optimizing campaigns for better results.
- Experience working with a limited budget and scaling campaigns based on measurable success.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a creative approach to content creation.
- Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics).
- Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) are a plus.
